Kinn municipality was established in 2020 through the merger of Flora and Vågsøy. With about 17,000 inhabitants and administrative centers in Florø and Måløy, the municipality is one of the largest coastal municipalities in Vestland.

Kinn has an innovative and export-oriented business sector with strong environments within fisheries, aquaculture, shipbuilding, maritime industry and deliveries to the energy industry. The municipality is known for its long coastal history, strong maritime expertise and magnificent nature with islands, fjords and sea.

Through membership in West Norway Brussels Office strengthens Kinn municipality the connection to Europe and gain access to insight, networks and opportunities for international cooperation that support the development of both business and local communities.
